Your Case Manager will be the first point of contact for your clients, whether that's prospective customers calling to request information, legal assistants emailing to double-check dates or counsel booking appointments via your online calendar. Through the client orientation process, we'll learn exactly how your current ADR practice works; greeting and scheduling preferences, court filings (if any), appointment reminders or client cancellation policies, default start times, rates, invoicing splits, and so on.
Your Case Manager will also have a local area code phone number and an email address affiliated with your business, so clients may simply assume they work in your own office.
One of the most important aspects of any business is keeping a tight rein on billings and cashflow. You'll have a dedicated bookkeeper to send out invoices to firms, track revenue and politely chase up payments. Our case management system interconnects with a dedicated QuickBooks account so both of your virtual staff can see the same information. As with your Case Manager, your Bookkeeper can have a phone number and email directly associated with your practice.
Your clients can pay their invoices online via credit card, by ACH deposit/wire transfer, or simply mail a check, made payable to your company. We deposit collected funds (minus our management fee) straight into your business account around the 10th of each month, providing a detailed receivables report.
